Maybe you’re facing something you didn’t expect—like realizing your Ex isn’t following the parenting plan or divorce decree, and now you’re stuck spending time, energy, and money just to enforce what’s already been agreed to.
Maybe you’re grieving the life you thought you’d have—or struggling to figure out who you are now that you’re no longer someone’s wife.
This 6-week group was created to support you through this part—the messy middle between survival and truly moving on. Together, we’ll work through the emotional weight, the practical demands, and the identity shifts that follow divorce—so you can start feeling grounded in your next chapter.
You’ll get the tools and support to:
• Navigate the ups and downs of single parenting with more confidence and calm
• Release lingering regret and rebuild a mindset rooted in strength, not shame
• Handle ongoing conflict and non-compliance issues with more strategy and less emotional reactivity
• Reinforce co-parenting boundaries and communication that protect your peace
• Clarify your post-divorce goals—whether in career, finances, relationships, or personal growth
• Connect with other moms who understand what it’s like to start over while still carrying the weight of what was
You don’t have to “have it all together” to take this next step. You just need a place to feel seen, supported, and re-centered.
This group gives you the space to process what’s still hard and make room for what’s still possible. You’ve already made it through so much. Now it’s time to reclaim the rest of your story—with more intention, more strength, and a lot more support.

Please read carefully before enrolling
Sessions are on Mondays at 10 AM CST. All sessions are conducted on Zoom and are scheduled to last approximately 90 minutes. The next group will start as soon as at least four moms enroll—you’ll get a minimum of one week's notice before the first session. Max of 8 participants, limited spots available.
If you have not been added to a group within 30 days of enrolling, you may request a full refund or continue waiting until the group fills. A complete breakdown of the cancellation and refund policy can be found in the Group Coaching Agreement.
